About Me

I am Stefan Seeliger, holistic therapist and nutritional guide with a clear focus:
Nutrition as a precise tool for clarity, stability, and genuine healing processes.

In my work, I combine my experience in Polarity Therapy and bodywork with a consistent, species-appropriate way of eating – in particular Carnivore and animal-based, bio-individual nutrition, inspired by indigenous peoples.

I work with people who want more than the next "healthy" trend diet, and who are ready to question their body and their worldview with radical honesty.

  • Polarity‑Therapist since 2017

  • Focus: Carnivore and animal-based / species-appropriate nutrition, metabolic health, sound work, process-oriented bodywork

  • Working with people who want to look at symptoms, biography, and consciousness together

Short Profile:

My Journey with Nutrition and Health

I don't come from theory — I come from experience.
My own health challenges forced me to look deeper: Why does the body react the way it does? And what happens when you become truly consistent with nutrition, lifestyle, and inner attitude?

Over the years I tried various approaches — from common "healthy" nutritional concepts to vegetarian and plant-focused phases. Many brought short-term relief, but nothing went deep enough to truly break the patterns.

The turning point came when I stopped seeing nutrition as a lifestyle and started understanding it as a biological operating system.

Through observation — in myself and in working with clients — it became increasingly clear how strongly a species-appropriate, predominantly animal-based diet impacts:

  • Energy and performance

  • Inflammatory process

  • Nervous system and stress resilience

  • Mental clarity and emotional stability

  • Physical and energetic processes

The move toward Carnivore was not a trend for me, but a logical consequence of what my body and my perception had been showing me for years. This experience — observed soberly, critically, and honestly — forms the foundation of my work today.

How I Work Today

In my nutritional coaching and therapeutic processes, the goal is not to impose a template on you.
We look together at your history, your daily life, and your current symptoms — and adapt your nutrition so that it aligns with your nervous system and your lived reality.

i connect three levels:

  • Carnivore and species-appropriate nutrition as a foundation for regeneration, reduction of inflammation, and a clear metabolic base.

  • Body and process work from Polarity Therapy for issues that run deeper than just "the wrong foods" — such as stress patterns, old conditioning, or blocked life energy.

  • Structured observation and evaluation of your reactions (body, mood, sleep, performance) — so we don't guess, but recognize patterns.

The goal is not a perfect plan on paper, but a path that you understand, can sustain, and truly want to live long-term.

My Attitude and Philosophy

Through my own health journey, I know the loops, detours, and disappointments that come with this path.

I don't see myself as a guru who hands out ready-made truths, but as a companion who:

  • asks honest questions,

  • holds the space,

  • and shares what has proven itself in practice.

Self-responsibility is not a motivational slogan for me — it is a necessity.
No one can take from you the task of taking your body seriously, perceiving its signals, and making decisions that are allowed to have consequences.

My intention is to give you tools — not a new dependency. This also means that I question mainstream narratives just as much as "alternative-spiritual" dogmas. What matters to me is what works in real bodies, real biographies, and real life.

Who I Am Here For

  • You carry chronic issues with you (physical, psychological, energetic) and feel like you are going in circles,

  • You are ready to question comfortable ideas about "healthy eating" or "spiritual growth,"

  • You want to experience your body again as an ally — not as an enemy that is "broken,"

  • You want not just information, but guidance that is honest, clear, and respectful at the same time.

I an not the right person for you if:

I an the right person for you if:

  • You are looking for a quick fix or a new guru,

  • You expect confirmation of every existing belief,

  • You are ready to do everything — except actually change something.

My Mission

This includes:

  • eating nutrient-dense, animal-based, and species-appropriate once again,

  • respecting the body as an intelligent system,

  • sharpening one's own thinking and not adopting every narrative uncritically — including the "alternative" ones,

  • and not handing over responsibility for one's own life to others.

I see my role as reminding people that healing is a natural process — once we stop living against our nature.

If you like, I will accompany you for a part of this journey.
